Dalla Cia 10 Year Celebration Grappa

Deep amber in colour, the bouquet has delicate hints of plum, marzipan, orange zest, dark chocolate, cherry and ginger spice. The taste is velvety and smooth with a layered mid palate and lingering aftertaste.

225 Litres of Fine Italian Style Grappa , from the first distillation in 2004, were put to rest in oak barrels for 10 years. There is limited stock available.

Distilled in 2004 from fermented skins of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Barrel Aged at full strength from 2004 to the end of 2014 in new 225L French Barrique.
