This limited edition Grappa was obtained by distilling the fermented husks of our 2022 vintage of Pinot Noir. Only 265 bottles were produced; each bottle is numbered and signed by George Dalla Cia, 3rd Generation Master Distiller. A delicate bouquet of honey, dry fig and wild strawberry with a gentle lingering aftertaste.
