Bull sharks (Carcharhinus leucas) are large sharks known for their ability to thrive in both salt and freshwater environments. Unlike most sharks, they can travel far up rivers thanks to a special adaptations of their kidneys, that help them keeping salt in their bodies even when they're in freshwater. Bull sharks can be recognized by the flat snout and they play a vital role in maintaining healthy marine and freshwater ecosystems by keeping prey populations in balance.

Hints of honey, dry fig and a wild strawberry bouquet with a gentle, lingering aftertaste.
This limited edition Grappa was obtained by distilling the fermented husks of our 2022 vintage of Pinot Noir through a 10-distillation process, within 48 hours after the grape skins were lightly pressed in the cellar. Only 30 litres of Grappa were obtained per distillation of half a ton of fermented husks.
